Tutorial on using MATLAB for Temperature Programmed Reaction Spectroscopy (TPRS)
A MATLAB code has been developed to help with quantitative Temperature Programmed Reaction Spectroscopy (TPRS). Below is a narrated tutorial along with instructional slides. The MATLAB code can be found here.
It is available for public use, but please note that the code is designed to aid, not replace careful analysis by the user. The code is not designed to identify unknowns, as it operates on library files which are inputted by the user. Please let us know via email if you have made helpful changes to the code or if there is a particular function you would like incorporated. We plan on using this for research within our group, and in future changes we may be able to incorporate suggestions.
